Thank you for supporting Soft Paws Rescue. Every order placed helps us continue rescuing, feeding, and caring for abandoned cats in need. Below is our official shipping policy.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).
During high-volume periods, processing times may extend slightly, but we work hard to ship orders as quickly as possible.
Shipping Time
Our standard shipping time is:
7–12 business days
Shipping times vary depending on your location, customs, and carrier service. Most customers receive their order within the expected timeframe.
Please note:
Weekends and holidays may affect delivery times.
Tracking Information
Tracking numbers are provided whenever available.
Some carriers may require up to 72 hours to update tracking information after a label is created.
If your tracking shows no movement, please allow a few days — this is normal, especially for international shipments.
Delayed or Lost Packages
If your order appears delayed or lost in transit:

Include your order number and tracking information
We will help investigate the issue.
If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
(Shipping protection purchases will also be honored.)
Incorrect Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
We cannot replace or refund orders that are shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
If you made a mistake, please contact us immediately at softpawsrescues@gmail.com — if your order has not been processed yet, we may be able to update it.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Soft Paws Rescue is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties that may apply to international shipments. These are determined by your country’s regulations.
