Thank you for supporting Soft Paws Rescue. Every purchase helps us feed, shelter, and care for rescued cats in need. Because our mission relies on consistent funding, we have specific policies in place regarding returns and refunds. Please read the following carefully before placing your order.
All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through Soft Paws Rescue are final.
We do not offer refunds or cancellations for:

Ordering the wrong item

Deciding you no longer want the product

Preference-based returns
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be reversed or refunded.
Your understanding helps us maintain steady support for the animals we care for.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, you may request a replacement.
To qualify, you must:

Send clear photo or video evidence of the issue

If approved, we will ship you a replacement at no extra cost.
We do not offer monetary refunds for damaged or incorrect items — only replacements.
Lost or Never-Arrived Orders
If your package has not arrived within the estimated shipping timeframe, please contact us at softpawsrescues@gmail.com.
We will assist in tracking the shipment and, if officially confirmed lost by the carrier, we will issue a replacement order.
Shipping protection purchases will also be honored.
Returns
We do not accept physical returns of items under any circumstances.
This policy protects product hygiene, reduces waste, and allows us to dedicate more resources to rescuing cats.
Refunds for Special Circumstances (Rare)
Refunds are only issued if:

We are unable to provide a replacement for a damaged or defective item

A duplicate payment occurred due to a processing error
These cases are handled individually by our support team.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled after they are placed.
This includes orders that have not yet shipped.
